These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Baby & Toddler Learning Games ("the App"), developed by Jony Das. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you download the App for a child, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.

2. Intended Use

The App is an educational entertainment product for children ages 2–5, intended to be used together with or under the supervision of a parent or guardian. It is not a substitute for professional educational instruction.

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including graphics, characters, sounds, and software — is owned by or licensed to Jony Das and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its content, except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Price and Availability

The App is currently provided free of charge, with no advertising and no in-app purchases. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jony Das shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Screen Time

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the App and managing appropriate screen time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with its effective date shown above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
