Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Baby & Toddler Learning Games ("the App", shown on devices as "Play & Learn!"), developed by Jony Das ("we", "us"), handles information. The App is designed for children ages 2–5 and their families, and it is built around a simple principle: we do not collect any data at all.
1. Information We Collect
None. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information or usage data. Specifically, the App has:
- No user accounts or registration
- No analytics or tracking of any kind
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers
- No in-app purchases
- No access to camera, microphone, location, contacts, or photos
- No social media features and no external links accessible to children
2. How the App Works Offline
All games, images, and sounds are bundled inside the App and run entirely on your device. The App does not require an internet connection to function and makes no network requests during play.
3. Voice Narration
The App speaks words aloud (for example, animal names) using your device's built-in text-to-speech engine. This happens on your device. The App never records audio and has no microphone access.
4. Settings Stored on Your Device
The only information the App saves is your language preference, which is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. Deleting the App removes it.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
The App is directed at children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation provisions for children (GDPR-K), and Google Play's Families Policy / Apple's Kids Category guidelines. Because the App collects no data whatsoever, no personal information about any child (or adult) is ever gathered, processed, or shared.
6. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs that collect data — no ad networks, no analytics providers, no social plugins.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change how the App handles data (for example, in a future update), we will update this policy before the change takes effect and revise the date above. Material changes affecting children's privacy would also be reflected in the App's store listings.
